High speed dispersing machine is an efficient equipment for liquid - liquid phase, liquid - solid phase mixing, dissolving and dispersing. At present, there are 2 ways of distributing machine in the market, namely, frequency converter speed regulation and electromagnetic speed regulation. Now we compare the advantages and disadvantages of these 2 speed regulation modes, and users can choose according to their needs.
1. The principle of speed regulation
The frequency conversion speed control disperser is to change the frequency of the motor power supply through the frequency converter to achieve the purpose of the motor speed regulation. The original power frequency 50HZ is changed to 0.2-50HZ, and the speed of the corresponding dispersing machine is adjustable at random at 0-1440 turn according to the power frequency. The electromagnetic speed control disperser realizes the variable speed by adjusting the intensity of the magnetic field. The electromagnetic adjustable speed motor has a set of independent electromagnetic slip speed control device, the speed of the motor itself without any change of the electromagnetic slip have 5 lines, two 220 volt power supply, 3 signal and feedback signal to the governor to control the speed, slip and slip difference by changing the voltage, thereby changing the output speed.
2. Output torque
The frequency converter has large starting torque and torque compensation, which is suitable for materials with high starting solid content or high viscosity. The steady running torque is: electromagnetic speed regulation is equivalent to a manual transmission, because the motor speed is constant, so the torque is large, suitable for low viscosity mixing materials with low viscosity. The motor driven by the inverter can not drive large torque if it is running at low speed.
3. Energy consumption
The motor of the electromagnetic speed regulating disperser is running at high speed regardless of the speed of the disperser. It belongs to a low efficiency speed regulation mode. The lower the speed, the greater the power waste. The variable frequency speed regulation belongs to the high efficiency speed regulation mode, and the input power of the motor is reduced proportionately with the decrease of the speed. A disperser 11KW for example, running 8 hours a day, 300 days a year, when the speed in the 1000r/min machine, the annual energy consumption of electricity =11 * 300 * 8=26400 electromagnetic speed dispersion, electrical energy consumption of =11 x 1000 / 1440 x 300 x 8=18333 of frequency dispersion, comparison of energy-saving 8066 kwh of power industry a year to save electricity 0.7 yuan, 5646 yuan, 800r/min, save electricity 8213 yuan, the lower the speed, frequency about energy saving.
4. Equipment cost
In the past few years, the frequency converter is expensive, the price of the frequency conversion high speed dispersing machine is about 3000 yuan higher than the price of the electromagnetic disperser, but on the same day, the cost of the inverter is reduced, and the price of the frequency converter is only 1000 yuan less than that of the electromagnetic disperser.
